Beautiful! Spotlessly clean.  Everything you could ever imagine needing for a short stay is provided – all the little extras are so very thoughtful.  Renovated to such a high standard with lots of love, in turn has made the Stables a very welcoming place to stay.  Fabulous location for our doggies too.  Thank you for having us

Victoria and Luke

Thank you so much Chris & Linda.  This cottage is perfect, well equipped and a brilliant location.  We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better.  The local area has so much to offer.  Seaside’s a plenty – the Broads and lots of amazing walks.  Our two dogs have had a ball.  We will definitely recommend and hopefully be back.  All your hard work has been very much appreciated.  Bless you both.

Alan and Vicky

Linda and Chris’s place is a gem! They are great hosts, we stayed in the cottage for two, lovely location and cottage was just perfect, close enough to drive to local beaches, we were only there for three nights, but we and our two dogs loved the walks, peace and quiet! It was a lovely break and I’m sure it would be even better in the warmer weather when we could make use of the garden and BBQ.

Paul and Annette

A lovely hideaway!  Perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs.  Spotlessly clean! Lovely little touches, will definitely recommend. Thank you so much. Great location, lovely beaches.

Lynn and Gavin

Thank you for a wonderful stay.  Without doubt, the cleanest, prettiest and most peaceful rental we’ve ever had.  Felt like a family friendly boutique hotel with all the lovely touches – fresh bread and milk, indoor and outdoor games for us to play and a warm friendly welcome.  We will recommend you to friends and family and hope to return again in the future.

The McDonald family

WOW!! Super stay at Walnut Barn.  Absolutely anything and everything you could ever need for a luxurious stay with hosts Linda and Chris.  Blown away with the amazing extras, like milk, jams etc. and the yummy hot loaf was delicious.  Beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet.  Had a truly wonderful stay, enjoyed our walks in Sea Palling with our Greyhounds too.  We shall return! Thank you Chris and Linda

The Fleming family

Walnut Barn is an amazing, beautiful place.  It was absolutely spotless and all the extra touches were a real treat for the kids.  The grounds are beautiful and are maintained to a very high standard.  Linda and Chris are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful.  We will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be returning in the not too distance future.  The games and garden toys are really useful for the kids too.

The Wagner family

The beginning of a new era for Linda and Chris. As they open up their holiday home for the first time.  A lovely welcome and the smell of new carpets.  Sunny, peaceful and well thought out.  Walked across the fields to Lessingham for dinner at the Star.  Lovely food – taxi back!  Lovely peaceful stay.  So quiet and relaxing.  Sea Palling has excellent beaches and don’t forget the seals at Horsey.

The Emmerson family

We have just returned from this gem if a site which is a beautiful site surrounded by hedges.  The site is basically level and is massive but they only allow 5 vans or motor homes on the site at anyone time. There are grey water disposal and Elsan disposal point next to the main toilet and Shower block which is cleaned twice or 3 times a day due to the Covid restrictions. These facilities are Immaculate. It was a very pleasant stay and we will return again and again. So if your looking for a great site to tour the north Norfolk coast then look no further.

Sue and Scott

This is a very nice CL. A good location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and just a mile from the lovely beach. Having the farm shop and butchers within walking/cycling distance is a plus. We stayed here in September for 10 nights and wish we could have stayed longer however this popular site was booked up. We would recommend The Dunes Cafe in Wexham and boat trip at the National Trust Horsey Mill.

Bill, Tracey and dogs Molly and Scrumpy

Linda and Chris could not do more to make this a perfect CL. The facilities are in excellent order and all is kept “Covid Safe”. The field is grassy and flat with open views to Sea Palling. All extremely well maintained. The walk to Sea Palling might be a bit of a trek but perfect for those of us with bikes. The great bonus for me as the fantastic night sky with very little light pollution. Perfect for night time photographers and star gazers.

Martin

Wow, what a find! This is a fabulous CL. Owners Chris and Linda make every effort to make you feel welcome and safe and secure in the current Covid situation. The field and facilities are kept spotlessly clean and for extended family who may want to visit they also have a couple of beautiful holiday cottages. I can’t speak highly enough of this site, it’s everything you would want it to be! Thanks for a lovely stay Chris and Linda 😊
